12 days of december

The Start Monday with Gratitude year-long experience is a self-study commitment. Although I won't and can't be there to hold your hand, through the daily videos and musings I share, you'll feel like I'm in your corner, cheering you on.

Every week, you'll receive a musing based on a specific gratitude quote. Also based on that course, you'll be invited to practice gratitude, daily, through folllowing a different exercise each day - the exercises don't take long to complete. You'll also receive a wallpaper that you can download to your phone or laptop, giving you inspiration and motivation at times when you are struggling. And a tune (or song) of the week, something upbeat to help keep your vibe high.

In addition, throughout the year I'll share articles about gratitude which will help you better understand gratitude and appreciate how (and why) it can make a difference in your life. And midway through the year, you'll gain access to a masterclass on energy and vibration, again giving you more insight into energy and gratitude so you're motivated to keep practising daily.

You can receive all this for a very small monthly investment. Usually this would be £22.22/month for 10 months. However, as this is Day 3 of the 12 days of December, I'm knocking off a very generous 20%.
