  3. Alternatively breathe with it in the evening, to reflect and realign with your truth after being influenced by external energies.

  4. Avoid breathing with the colour magenta, however, during moments when you’re emotionally overwhelmed or overstimulated, as its intensity may heighten sensitivity.
