You’ve Grown More Than You Think

(the quiet signs your spiritual and intuitive abilities are already expanding)

do you also read oracle cards? If you do you might want to know the #1 habit that may be keeping you playing small

or, perhaps your spiritual tool of choice is your pendulum. If so, do you know the #1 habit that quietly erodes your pendulum practice?

no matter what course you're following, I encourage you to enhance your studies and experience through meeting your inner guide

There’s something about the quiet edges of any year (or any cycle closing) that invites honesty. In those reflective moments, we become more aware of who we were when a chapter began, and who we’ve grown into along the way. It’s subtle - the kind of awareness that arrives not by counting achievements, rather by noticing who we are becoming.

When a season of reflection comes, it’s natural to look back at the beliefs we once held about our spiritual, intuitive, and energetic abilities. Many of those beliefs served us during earlier stages of learning… yet they don’t necessarily belong to who we are now.

So I want to offer this gentle thought today:

You are likely more capable, intuitive, attuned, and spiritually aware than you give yourself credit for.

And the signs of that growth are already present, in ways that are easy to overlook.

Spiritual abilities rarely develop loudly. They don’t erupt. They don’t announce themselves with a single defining moment. Instead, they strengthen through repetition, exposure, gentle practice, curiosity, small realisations, and subtle inner shifts.

Often, we only recognise our growth once it feels undeniable:

  • interpreting with more clarity

  • trusting pendulum answers

  • sensing energy shifts

  • or reading symbolism more fluidly

And yet genuine refinement usually shows itself long before confidence does.

If you look closely at your own journey (whether through oracle interpretation, pendulum work, intuition, numerology, symbolism, colour frequency, or energy boundaries), you might already see that truth.

You may have begun noticing when something feels “off”.
Or asking deeper questions.
Or sensing tone behind information.
Or adjusting your interpretations mid-flow because something inside you simply knows.

These are not small changes.

They are the quiet fingerprints of growth.

And if even one of them has shown up in your practice, however gently, then any belief that you are “not intuitive enough,” “not sensitive enough,” “not ready yet,” or “not skilled” may simply be outdated. Not because you were wrong when you first believed it, rather because you are more now than you were then.

You’ve practised.
You’ve learned.
You’ve listened.
You’ve sensed.
You’ve worked with cards, symbols, pendulum resonance, colour vibration, number patterns, energetic boundaries, and inner signals.

Growth has been happening in the background.

So here is a reflection to hold gently:

What belief about your spiritual, intuitive, or energetic abilities once felt true... yet feels too small for you now?

If you’d like support seeing your progress more clearly, I’ve created a small reflective PDF that lists 9 subtle signs that your abilities have already expanded, even if you didn’t realise it was happening.

They’re universal enough to apply to any of the paths you’re studying: oracle interpretation, intuition, symbolism, colours, numerology, pendulum work, energetic awareness, or the sensitivity you bring to your inner world.

Many people find that they recognise 2, 3, or even more of the signs... and it’s often a beautiful surprise.

It’s a short read (one page) and designed to give you pause… and perhaps help you recognise just how far you’ve travelled within yourself.

If you’d like to download it, you can do so here:

Use it as a mirror.

If even one of the signs feels true for you, please allow that truth to land gently.

Because you are growing. And the version of you who once doubted your sensitivity or capacity, may now be standing in the presence of someone more attuned, aware, and capable than they ever imagined they could be.

Let that be part of what December brings:
not just letting go of the past, also recognising that you are already walking beyond it.
