maintaining boundaries is an act of empowerment
When Strength Speaks Softly
There’s a quiet power in upholding your personal boundaries, not with a raised voice or clenched fists, rather with steady presence and unwavering clarity. You don’t need to justify, over-explain, or harden your heart to protect your space. Boundaries maintained without anger or apology are the purest declarations of self-respect.
When you lead from calm conviction rather than emotional reactivity, you begin to teach the world how to treat you. You show up not to please or defend, rather to honour your truth. And in doing so, you begin to feel more grounded, confident, and whole... less scattered, more sovereign.
It can be particularly difficult to hold a boundary when you're worried about how someone will respond. Perhaps you've agreed to a call at an inconvenient time because the person lives in another country, or you've taken on more than you comfortably can because you don't want to disappoint someone you care about.
This tapping session explores the discomfort that can accompany saying no, including guilt, the urge to apologise or explain yourself and the frustration that can build when your own needs repeatedly come last.
Also included is an introductory video to EFT/Tapping, providing insights into what EFT/Tapping is, the tapping points used, and how to follow along with the tapping script.
Please note: this EFT/Tapping Script is also available in the Self-Healing Bundle which focuses on establishing boundaries.
