there's no such thing as an overnight success

Are you ready to embark on your own healing journey, leaning on me for support, guidance and the tools that will help you on a day-to-day basis?

You know that journey where you decide you’ve had enough of the negative chattering of your mind, it constantly putting you down, making you feel small and worthless? Where you decide you’ve had enough of things always going wrong in your life or never being able to achieve what you’d like because you know, somehow, somewhere there must be some kind of belief or behaviour that’s stopping you? Where you’ve just had enough and it’s time to really work on this because you know, deep-down, that you deserve so much more and so much better?

And then you do nothing about it. And you’re right back at square one where you began, not achieving what you deserve in life, moaning and groaning about your bad luck or your lot in life.

Or perhaps you do do something about it. Perhaps you buy a book on positive mindset, perhaps you buy my course on igniting your intuition, perhaps you purchase one of my question-based oracle card readings such as “how do I move forward in life?” or “how do I attract more abundance into my life?”

However, you don’t read the book, you don’t follow the course (or don’t repeat the exercises in the course), or you don’t download or watch the card reading you’ve just purchased.

You set out with great intentions of actually doing something, and then you fall after the first hurdle. Your mind started chirping in the background, reminding you that nothing will change because of a book, course, or oracle card reading… and so you do nothing with them. And, again, you’re right back at square one where you began, not achieving what you deserve in life, moaning and groaning about your luck or your lot in life.

Kind of sounds like a sucky life, doesn’t it?

Why do we decide to take action and then do nothing?

Or why do we buy the book, the course, the oracle card reading and then don’t read, follow, or watch it?

The answer is fear. Plain and simple.

We want to take action, however we fear that if we do, nothing will actually change. It won’t answer our desire to change our life, it won’t be the silver bullet we so desperately want it to be.

And, yes, a book, a course, an oracle card reading – none of them will change your life. However, they will start to change your life. They’ll start you out on your journey.

The whole overnight-fame thing that we read about through the media where suddenly an actor gets the lead role in a huge film, or an entrepreneur gets a contract that escalates their business and changes their life, or a singer strikes rich with a number 1 song, or, or, or…

Honestly, that’s a whole load of codswaddle (to put it mildly).

The media have conveniently forgotten to mention that behind the lead role was an actor who, for years, put themselves out there, did teeny tiny roles that barely paid the bills, or the entrepreneur who worked endless hours starting their business, trying to get eyes in front of their products or services, trying to build their followers, or the singer who had been initially knocked down by professionals for their sub-standard voice, or they didn’t have the right looks, or they went from backing singer gig to backing singer gig for years.

Not once in history has there been an overnight success. It simply does not happen.

However, what all successful people have in common is not giving up on themselves after the first couple of steps and staying firm in their belief that they will achieve their dream.

That’s commitment and dedication to self that a lot of people simply don’t have. That’s why so few people who choose to change their life, who choose to walk their healing journey, often don’t get very far. Because it is not an easy journey. The hardest memories, the biggest regrets, all that stuff that you buried because it was hard, uncomfortable, traumatic to live with, all that starts to creep up and rise to the surface to be addressed and healed. And that’s tough, really tough.

However, the rewards… well, they’re the healing equivalent of the lead role in the film, the products or services that the public rave about, the number 1 song being played on every radio station. They certainly don’t happen overnight. They take time, effort, dedication, commitment, patience, resilience… however they do happen.

That’s why, when I invite you to join my Support & Healing programme, I ask you to commit to 6 months (at least). To be honest, even 6 months of 1 or 2 sessions a month isn’t enough time to really dig deep, however, it’s a start and it’s enough time for you to experience some results and some change.

It’s also because the healing journey is not a straight line. There’ll be times when you make progress and you’re feeling lighter. And then there’ll be times when you fall backwards and feel like you’re wading through treacle. When you commit to yourself for (at least) 6 months, there’s a good chance that you’ve experienced at least one period of falling backwards and wading through treacle. And if you make it through the first time, there’s a higher likelihood that you’ll make it through the next, and the next, and the next so you do make progress, you do feel lighter, and your life does begin to heal and change for the better.

As you’ll have gathered, healing is not for the faint-hearted, nor for anyone who is unable to commit to themselves. However, for those who choose to take those first steps and take one day at a time, it is truly rewarding.

Do you truly want to change your life?

Or is fear, lack-lustre, lack of commitment standing in your way?

If you’re ready to begin walking your own healing journey, I encourage you to reach out. I’ve been running my programme for some times now and I’ve witnessed that the combination of tools I use in the healing sessions I offer, works. However, I warn you… although I support you on your journey, only you can heal yourself, so you have to commit to the work.

Are you committed to yourself? Are you committed to walking your healing journey?

Let me support and guide you along the way.
