our cancellation policy
Life happens, I get that. Sometimes, with our every best intention, it's simply not possible to keep an appointment. And that's why I am inviting you to read and become familiar with my Cancellation Policy below.
It describes what you should do if you find yourself in a position where you need to re-schedule or, indeed, cancel our scheduled appointment.
update your calendar
When you book your session(s) with me, the first thing I suggest you do is to immediately update your calendar. It is your responsibility to remember the date/time of each session you have booked with me.
Although you shall receive 2 auto-generated reminder emails of your upcoming session (please read below), please do not rely solely on these incase some nasty little tech gremlin gets up to some mischief and these reminders, somehow, fail to reach your inbox.
When you schedule a session with me, you shall receive 2 auto-generated reminders prior to our session together. These shall be sent to the email you supplied during the booking process.
The first email reminder is 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you know you need to reschedule or cancel your session please send me an email ([email protected]) the second this hits your inbox, but preferably much sooner. My re-schedule/cancellation is a strict 24 hours prior to the date/time of our session. This is why it's so important to add our session(s) into your calendar immediately after booking because it's highly unlikely that you'll be able to respond to this first reminder the second it hits your inbox.
The second reminder shall land into your inbox 15 minutes prior to our scheduled session.
Both reminder emails shall include the Zoom link for our call. If have not used Zoom before (it's free!), I recommend you check out their website here. If you wish to use Zoom via your phone you may need to download the (free) app prior to our session.
Should you need to re-schedule a session, please do so as soon as you know you need to re-schedule it, and within 24 hours (or more) prior to the scheduled time.
A session may be re-scheduled one time without incurring any admin fees if the re-scheduled request is sent to me 24 hours (or more) prior to the scheduled time.
Any request received after that time (ie less than 24 hours before our scheduled call) shall be subject to an admin fee of £5. And any scheduled session that needs to be re-scheduled more than one time shall also be subject to an admin fee of £5 each time.

Should you need to cancel our scheduled session, please do so as soon as you know, and within 24 hours (or more) prior to the scheduled session time.
A scheduled session may be cancelled and a full refund issued if the cancellation request is sent to me 24 hours (or more) prior to the scheduled time.
Should you wish to cancel your scheduled session after that time (ie less than 24 hours before our scheduled call) no refund shall be offered.
Additionally should you miss our scheduled session for any reason, no refund shall be offered.

missed or late attendence
My agenda is busy so it's important that we stick to the time allocated for your scheduled session. This means that should you miss our session it cannot be rescheduled. And should you show up late to our session, the session shall still end at the scheduled time. No full or partial refunds shall be offered for missed or late attendence.
