colour breathing with orange to step out of your comfort zone
In this exercise I invite you to breathe with the colour orange to encourage you in stepping out of your comfort zone.
Orange – the colour of warmth, vitality, and bold expression; it's a powerful ally when you're ready to step out of your comfort zone. It sparks courage and motivation, helping you to move beyond hesitation and embrace new experiences with enthusiasm and drive.
Associated with the sacral chakra, orange connects you to your creative energy, emotional flow, and sense of adventure. It inspires confidence in your ability to handle the unfamiliar while reigniting your passion for growth, discovery, and self-expansion.
Just like a child leaping into the unknown with curiosity and excitement, orange invites you to break free from routine, challenge limitations, and welcome change with an open heart. It's the colour of movement, empowerment, and momentum, gently nudging you toward your next bold step.

before you begin...
The best time to breathe with the colour orange is in the morning, especially when you're setting intentions for the day or preparing to face something new or challenging. Morning orange breathing helps awaken your energy, boost motivation, and spark the confidence needed to step outside your comfort zone.
You can also breathe with orange right before doing something that feels uncomfortable - like a big conversation, trying something new, or taking a bold step forward.
It’s best, however, to avoid orange breathing late at night, as its energising effect can stimulate your system and interfere with restful sleep.
