Affirmations are a great tool for converting negative thought patterns into positive ones, for encouraging your subconscious mind to change and let go of limiting beliefs, for helping you feel better about yourself and helping you boost your confidence. What, though, are the tricks to creating a great affirmation and how do you know if your affirmation is actually working and doing what it should do?
