However, that belief has a cost: it disconnects us from our wholeness, our humanity, and the peace that comes from simply being enough.
The truth is, compassion is not weakness; it’s one of the most powerful and courageous choices we can make. It allows us to meet ourselves exactly where we are with honesty, grace, and care, and grow from a place of support rather than pressure. It’s not about giving up or settling; it’s about building a new foundation rooted in love, not fear.
